San Margherita is an unincorporated neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio that may be in danger of vanishing. It was originally formed at the turn of the 20th century by Italian immigrants who came to work at the nearby Marble Cliff Quarry Co. Though most of the locally owned businesses. in the neighborhood have been demolished to make way for widening roads and commercial development, the remaining houses in San Margherita still retain their original character.

Scioto Country Club

Scioto Country Club, is a private country club and golf course in Upper Arlington, in suburban Columbus, Ohio. The course, designed by Donald Ross, opened in 1916 and since then has hosted five PGA tournaments throughout its history, including two majors. Scioto is one of only four courses to host the U.S. Open, the PGA Championship, the Ryder Cup, and the U.S. Amateur Championship. All four of those courses were designed by Donald Ross.

Marble Cliff, Ohio

Marble Cliff is a village in Franklin County, Ohio, United States. The population was 573 at the 2010 census. Marble Cliff was one of the first suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, settled as a community in 1890 and incorporated as the "Hamlet of Marble Cliff" in 1901. It took its name from the Marble Cliff Quarry Co. (still in use today), and at this time stretched all the way from the Scioto River to the Olentangy River.
