Cynwyd (SEPTA station)

Cynwyd is the last station along the Cynwyd Line, in Bala Cynwyd, Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania, United States. The station, located at Conshohocken State Road and Bala Avenue, includes a 41-space parking lot. Service continued farther northwest, crossing the Schuylkill River via the massive Manayunk Bridge, and ultimately terminating at Ivy Ridge. This service ended in September 1986 when the integrity of the massive Pencoyd Viaduct was questioned.

Arboretum of the Barnes Foundation

The Arboretum of the Barnes Foundation (5 ha / 12 acres) is an arboretum and site of the Barnes Foundation art gallery, located at 300 North Latch's Lane, Merion, Pennsylvania. The arboretum and gallery are open to visitors several days a week. A reservation is required, and an admission fee is charged. The arboretum was begun in the 1880s by Captain Joseph Lapsley Wilson.

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) is one of the oldest and largest osteopathic medical schools in the United States. Founded in 1899, it is home to over 1800 medical students as well as graduate-level students in several other fields of health care.
