Peter Masak

Peter C. Masak (August 17, 1957 – May 22, 2004) was an engineer, inventor, and glider pilot. He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in May 1981 from the University of Waterloo, Ontario Canada. He earned his glider pilot license at the age of 16 and his power pilot license at the age of 18, both of which are the minimum age to do so.

Williamsburg Mountain

Williamburg Mountain is actually a high "S" bend in the 150 mile long, Tussey Mountain ridge. The mountain was named after the town of Williamsburg, and is actually a local reference which does not show up on USGS maps. This mountain is also referred to as "The Loop" because of its unique shape when viewed from the air. The summit ridge rises prominently over 1,500 feet above the town and Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River.

Canoe Mountain

Canoe Mountain is a stratigraphic ridge in central Pennsylvania, United States, running east of the Allegheny Front and west of Tussey Mountain. It is forms a continuous ridge with Brush Mountain to the west. Canoe Mountain forms the border between Blair County and Huntingdon County. Pennsylvania State Game Lands Number 166 lies in the valley betwee Canoe Mountain and Brush Mountain.
