Neffs is a small village located mainly in North Whitehall Township but also in Washington Township in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, United States. Neffs is located at the junction of Pennsylvania Routes 873 and 329, about one mile north of Schnecksville. Historically, the town was called Unionville, after the Union Church that was established there in 1797. The first store was built in 1815. The current town name is a reference to Abraham Neff, the first postmaster at the Neffs post office.

The school serves as the primary granter of associate degrees in the Allentown area. LCCC was founded in 1966 as Lehigh County Community College, and it originally held classes in the former Lehigh County Courthouse. In 1972, modern facilities were constructed, which laid the foundation for its current campus.
