DeBordieu, DeBordieu Beach or DeBordieu Colony is a private community in Georgetown County, South Carolina. It consists of approximately 2,700 acres of land, of which roughly 800 acres is wildlife preserve. DeBordieu is located south of Pawleys Island and north of Georgetown east of U.S. Route 17. It is an oceanfront gated community with a private golf and country club.

The town of Pawleys Island is located on the Waccamaw Neck, as well as the mainland area, incorrectly called Pawleys Island, which is unincorporated. The entire area shares Zip Code 29585. The Waccamaw Neck is located south of Myrtle Beach on the Grand Strand, and just north of the historic seaport of Georgetown.

The post office address also includes an unincorporated area on the mainland adjacent to the island, which includes a commercial district along the Ocean Highway (US Route 17) and a residential area between the highway and the Waccamaw River.
