Pickleville Playhouse

The Pickleville Playhouse is a musical theater located on the banks of Bear Lake in Garden City, Utah, United States. LeGrande and Betty Larsen founded the Playhouse following their vision of creating a family-friendly theater that would serve as a place to bring generations together. When the Larsens moved to Driggs, Idaho where LeGrande began his practice as a physician, they discovered an old melodrama theater, Pierre's Playhouse, in nearby Victor, Idaho.

Pickelville, Utah

Pickelville was a small town located near the western shore of Bear Lake, 121 miles northeast of Salt Lake City, in Rich County, Utah, United States. It is now part of Garden City. The town of Pickelville was originally founded in 1879, about 3 miles south of Garden City. Incorporated in 1935, the town was named for Charles C.

Peter Sinks

Peter Sinks is a natural sinkhole in northern Utah that is one of the coldest places in the contiguous United States. Peter Sinks is located 8,100 feet above sea level, in the Bear River Mountains east of Logan, within the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Due to temperature inversions that trap cold nocturnal air, it routinely produces the coldest temperatures in the state. Even in the summer, the bottom of the sinkhole rarely goes four consecutive days without freezing.

Ricks Spring

Ricks Spring is a karst spring, a natural water outflow from a cave in Logan Canyon within the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northeast Utah. The spring is not an artesian source, but comes from the Logan River. Ricks Spring is the most well known of several springs in an underground water network of the area.
