Green Mountains

The Green Mountains are a mountain range in the U.S. state of Vermont. The range runs primarily south to north and extends approximately 250 miles from the border of Massachusetts to Quebec, Canada. All mountains in Vermont are often referred to as the "Green Mountains". WJSC-FM

WJSC-FM (90.7 FM, "Radio Johnson") is a radio station licensed to serve Johnson, Vermont. The station is owned by Johnson State College and licensed to the Board of Trustees, Vermont State Colleges. WJSC-FM, the voice of the mountains, began its operation in the fall of 1968.

Lamoille Vermont Senate District, 2002–2012

The Lamoille Senate District is one of 13 Vermont Senate districts included in the redistricting and reapportionment plan developed by the Vermont General Assembly following the 2000 U.S. Census. The plan applies to legislatures elected in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, and 2010. A new plan will be developed in 2012 following the 2010 U.S. Census. The Lamoille District includes all of Lamoille County except the towns of Eden and Wolcott which are in the Essex-Orleans district.
