Valley View Mall is a 800,000-square-foot regional shopping mall located in the Roundhill neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia. It is located near the interchange of Interstate 581 with Hershberger Road in the northwest section of the city. Most outparcel locations around Valley View Mall have been developed into restaurants, retail stores, offices, and hotels. Roanoke Civic Center

Roanoke Civic Center is a 9,828-seat multi-purpose arena located in the Williamson Road neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia. It was built in 1971. It was the former home to the Roanoke Dazzle basketball team, as well as the Roanoke Express and Roanoke Valley Vipers ice hockey teams. Currently, it is the home of the Virginia Tech and Roanoke College men's ice hockey teams.

Vinton, Virginia

Vinton is a town in Roanoke County, Virginia, United States. The population was 8,098 at the 2010 census. It hosted teams by three names in the ECHL in a custom built facility known as the LancerLot; after the roof collapsed during the Blizzard of 1993, the franchise moved to the Roanoke Civic Center. Vinton is part of the Roanoke Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Roanoke Region of Virginia.
