Rose Hill is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. The population was 15,058 at the 2000 census. The mid-1950s-built Rose Hill is the largest of the subdivisions that make up the CDP, which borders Alexandria to the south; others include Wilton Woods, Burgundy Village, Winslow Heights and the northeastern corner of Kingstowne.
