WMOW
WMOW is the CW-affiliated television station for North-Central Wisconsin's Northern Highland that is licensed to Crandon. It broadcasts a standard definition digital signal on VHF channel 12 from a transmitter east of downtown. Owned by Quincy Newspapers, the station can also be seen on Charter channel 8. Although WMOW technically operates as a full-time satellite of ABC affiliate WAOW, the big three network is actually located on a second digital subchannel of the outlet.

The Mole Lake Indian Reservation is 4,904.2 acres (1984.7 ha) in size, and includes land around Rice Lake, Bishop Lake, and Mole Lake.
