Middle Village is a census-designated place (CDP) in Menominee and Shawano counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It does not have any legal status as an incorporated municipality. The population was 281 at the 2010 census. On current Wisconsin State Highway maps published by WisDOT, the community is called Nanaweyah Omīnīhekan.
