Fox River (Illinois River tributary)

The Fox River is a 202-mile-long tributary of the Illinois River, flowing from southeastern Wisconsin to Ottawa, Illinois in the United States. There are two other "Fox Rivers" in southern Illinois: the Fox River (Little Wabash tributary) and a smaller "Fox River" that joins the Wabash River near New Harmony, Indiana.

Pewaukee (village), Wisconsin

Pewaukee is a village in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 8,166 at the 2010 census. The village is surrounded by the City of Pewaukee. The city was incorporated from what was formerly the Town of Pewaukee, and the remainder of the town later incorporated as a city. The name of the village comes from "Pee-wauk-ee-wee-nick," meaning either "the dusty water" or "lake of shells" in Potawatomi.
