House on the Rock

The House on the Rock, originally opened in 1959, is a complex of architecturally unique rooms, streets, gardens and shops designed by Alex Jordan, Jr. It is located north of Dodgeville, a city in Iowa County, south of Spring Green, Wisconsin and is a regional tourist attraction.

House on the Rock Carousel

The carousel at the House on the Rock, located in Spring Green, Wisconsin, is claimed to be "the world's largest indoor carousel". It features 269 carousel animals, none of which are horses. Hundreds of mannequin angels hang from the ceiling. Unity Chapel

American Players Theatre

American Players Theatre (APT) is a classical theater located just south of Spring Green, Wisconsin. It includes a 1,148-seat outdoor amphitheater. APT sits on 110 acres of woods and meadow just off the Wisconsin River across Wisconsin Highway 23 from Frank Lloyd Wright's studio Taliesin. Founded in 1979, APT has grown rapidly in recent years, with more than 100,000 patrons attending performances each year.
