Xuân La

Xuân La is an archaeological site in the Red River Delta in northern Vietnam. Excavations there yielded a number of coffins containing relics of the Bronze Age Dong Son culture. Xuan La is located only a short distance of 10 km from Chau Can. The seven coffins excavated at the site were uncovered in 1982 and show a basic level of similarity to those at Chau Can, but with some difficulties, according to a report by Vietnamese archaeologists Pham Quoc Quan and Trinh Can.

Lục Yên is a rural district of Yen Bai province, in the northeastern region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 100,785. The district covers an area of 811 km². The district capital lies at Yen The. Numerous quarries in the district produce gemstones such as rubies, spinel, and tourmaline.
