St. Edward's School is an independent co-educational Roman Catholic school in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. The majority of pupils come to the school from St Edward's Junior School, although a significant number come from schools across the county each year. College Ground, Cheltenham

The College Ground is a cricket ground in the grounds of Cheltenham College, England. Gloucestershire County Cricket Club have played more than 300 first-class and more than 70 List A matches there; it also hosted a Women's One Day International between England and Australia in 2005. The College Ground first hosted first-class cricket in 1872 when Gloucestershire played Surrey; Gloucestershire won the game by an innings and 37 runs thanks largely to W. G. Grace's match haul of 12-63.

Cheltenham College

Cheltenham College is a co-educational independent school, located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. One of the public schools of the Victorian period, it was opened in July 1841. An Anglican foundation, it is known for its classical, military and sporting traditions. The 1893 book Great Public Schools by E. S. Skirving, S. R. James and Henry Churchill Maxwell Lyte, which had a chapter on each of what they regarded to be England's ten greatest public schools, included Cheltenham College.

Whaddon, Cheltenham

Whaddon is an area in the North Eastern part of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. Whaddon Road, the home of Cheltenham Town Football Club (currently playing in the English Football League Division 2) is situated here. Clyde Crescent (a large circular park) can be deemed as constituting its geographical centre and is the focus of many community based activities, particularly during the summer.
