Mullion Cove

Mullion Cove is a harbour on the Lizard peninsula in south Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated facing west into Mount's Bay approximately six miles (9.7 km) south of Helston and one mile (1.6 km) southwest of Mullion village. The harbour was completed in 1895 and financed by Lord Robartes of Lanhydrock as a recompense to the fishermen for several disastrous pilchard seasons.

Poldhu is a small area in south Cornwall, England, UK, situated on the Lizard Peninsula; it comprises Poldhu Point and Poldhu Cove. It lies on the coast west of Goonhilly Downs, with Mullion 2 kilometres to the south and Porthleven 7 kilometres to the north. Poldhu means "black pool" in Cornish.

Hayle Kimbro Pool

Hayle Kimbro Pool is a wetland on The Lizard, Cornwall. It is situated two miles (3 km) southeast of Mullion immediately northeast of Predannack airfield at grid reference SW 695 169. The wetland site consists of three shallow ponds with a combined winter surface area of 23,000 square metres. It forms part of the West Lizard Site of Special Scientific Interest. The aquatic plant communities at the site are typified by Common Spike-rush, Common Cottongrass, Water Mint and Marsh Pennywort.

Ogo-dour Cove

Ogo-dour Cove is a small cove located at grid reference SW 667 157. It is at the northern end of Predannack Downs on the west side of the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall, United Kingdom. The cove is in a picturesque region, and is important ecologically as an area frequented by the rare Cornish chough. The Lizard complex is also of considerable geological interest as the base of an ophiolite thrust sheet.
