Fenwicks Scrub Flora Reserve is a seldom seen protected area of New South Wales. Situated west of Port Macquarie on the Australian Great Dividing Range. Listed on the World Heritage in 1994. The 110 hectare reserve is dominated by warm temperate rainforest. Rainforest occurs between 990 and 1100 metres above sea level. Remarkably, the 20 metre tall canopy is 98% Sassafras and Coachwood.
