Clyde Mountain
Clyde Mountain is a 5 kilometre section of steep, winding section of the Kings Highway in New South Wales, Australia. It is the location of many crashes, 22% of all incidents on the Kings Highway occurring on a 40 km stretch on and near the mountain. There are 3 safety ramps that are used for if a truck or heavy vehicle has lost control of speed or their brakes have failed. Slow vehicle turnouts have been added on the Clyde Mountain descent, which allows vehicles to pass trucks in low gear.

Bedervale
Bedervale in Braidwood, NSW is a grand colonial homestead listed as a building of historical significance by the Heritage Council. The house was designed by John Verge, a very well known Australian architect, and was completed in 1842. It lies in the valley of Araluen creek, that joins the Deua River at roughly the midpoint in its course. On Census night 2006, Araluen had a population of 215 people. The name 'Araluen' meant 'water lily' or 'place of the water lilies' in the local aboriginal dialect.
