Coolamon, New South Wales

Coolamon is a town in the Riverina region of south-west New South Wales, Australia. Coolamon is 40 kilometres north-west of Wagga Wagga and 506 kilometres south-west of Sydney via the Hume and Sturt Highways. The town is situated on the railway line between Junee and Narrandera. Coolamon had a population of 1,589 at the 2011 census and is 290 metres above sea level. It is the administrative and service centre for the local government area which bears its name—Coolamon Shire.

Coolamon Shire

Coolamon Shire is a local government area in the Riverina region of south-western New South Wales, Australia. The Shire is adjacent to the Newell Highway and the Burley Griffin Way. The Shire includes the town of Coolamon and the small towns of Marrar, Ganmain, Matong, Ardlethan, Beckom and Mirrool. The mayor of the Coolamon Shire Council is Cr. John Seymour, an unaligned politician.

Marrar, New South Wales

Brushwood, New South Wales

Brushwood is a rural community in the central east part of the Riverina region of New South Wales, Australia. It is situated by road about 6 kilometres east from Ganmain and 8 kilometres west from Coolamon.
