Wilton, New South Wales

Wilton is a small town of the Macarthur Region, New South Wales, Australia in the Wollondilly Shire. It is home to a population of 1279 and includes the modern suburb development of Bingara Gorge. It is located within close proximity Cataract Dam. Furthermore, the town is just located off Picton Road which diverges off the Hume Highway to Wollongong. Wilton has a take away, which includes pizza, and opposite thereof is a Shell service station.

Wilton Parish

The Parish of Wilton is a parish of the County of Camden in New South Wales, Australia. It is located in the area around where Picton Road crosses the Hume Highway, and the area around nearby Wilton. It is bounded by the Cataract River in the east, the Nepean River in the west and north, and the Cordeaux River in the south-west. Almost the entire boundary of the parish uses rivers, except for a small area in the south-east. The parish extends as far south as Cordeaux dam.

Picton Road, New South Wales

Picton Road is a New South Wales highway linking Picton and Wollongong. It provides an important link between the Hume and Southern freeways. From Picton, the highway runs in the southeastern direction, crosses the Hume Highway and continues over grass-forested ranges east of Wilton (passing through Sydney Water Catchment areas) until it meets Mount Ousley Road which leads to Wollongong or Helensburgh.
