Woolbrook, New South Wales

Woolbrook is a village in the New England region of New South Wales, Australia. The nearest town, Walcha is 29 km to the east of Woolbrook. At the 2006 census, Woolbrook had a population of 220. The village straddles the Macdonald River which is in the headwater of the Namoi River. Woolbrook village is located in Tamworth Regional Council local government area, it is close to the Oxley Highway a few kilometres east of the junction between the Oxley Highway and the New England Highway.

Walcha Road, New South Wales

Walcha Road is a rural village with a population of about 20, located 19 kilometres west of Walcha in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. The railway line through here from Sydney to Uralla was completed in 1882. Walcha Road Post Office opened on 16 November 1882 and closed in 1976.

Walcha Road railway station

Walcha Road Railway Station is a railway station on the Main North railway line in New South Wales, Australia. It opened in 1882 and serves the village of Walcha Road and the town of Walcha to the east. It is presently served twice daily by the Countrylink Xplorer service between Sydney and Armidale. Passengers for this station mostly alight to catch a coach to the main town of Walcha.

Danglemah, New South Wales

Danglemah is the site of a closed railway platform on the Main North railway line in New South Wales, Australia. The platform was open between 1897 and 1985, initially as Jamieson's Siding, being renamed in 1918.

Wollun, New South Wales

Wollun is a small rural community situated about 26 kilometres north west of Walcha and is included in the Uralla Shire Local Government Area of the Northern Tablelands region of New South Wales, Australia. Wollun was linked by rail to Sydney in 1882 as part of the Main North Line and on 20 February 1975 the link closed with access only possible at Uralla or Walcha Road. Wollun Post Office opened on 16 January 1892 and closed in 1977 (it was known as Wollun Platform between 1897 and 1914).
