Helensvale is a railway station on the Gold Coast Line of South East Queensland, Australia. It is part of the Queensland Rail City network. The station was opened in 1996 when the railway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast re-opened.

Wet'n'Wild Water World

Wet'n'Wild Water World is a large water park situated in Oxenford, Gold Coast, owned by Warner Village Theme Parks. In 2009, the park received 1,095,000 visitors ranking it first in Australia and eighth in the world. Wet'n'Wild Water World is located adjacent to Warner Bros. Movie World, a movie-related park also owned by Warner Village Theme Parks. The park remains open all year with all of the pools and slides heated during the winter months.

Helensvale, Queensland

Helensvale is a suburb on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia and was named after Helena White. At the 2006 Census, Helensvale had a population of 14,767. In the next five years, Helensvale is expected to develop further as a transport hub, with the current linking of the Gold Coast Highway and Pacific Motorway, the two most important road routes on the Gold Coast with Helensvale Railway Station at Westfield Helensvale.

Batwing Spaceshot

The Batwing Spaceshot is a thrill ride located at Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast, Australia. It opened on 20 December 2006. The ride is an S&S Space Shot, a pneumatic powered ride which shoots riders up and then back down. The rise reaches a height of 61 metres and riders experience a force of up to 4 Gs while travelling at a speed of 64 kilometres per hour . It carries 360 passengers per hour, and lasts for 50 seconds.

Warner Bros. Movie World

Warner Bros. Movie World (more commonly referred to as Movie World) is a popular movie related theme park on the Gold Coast in Australia. It is owned and operated by Village Roadshow since the take over from Time Warner and is the only movie related park in Australia. It opened on 3 June 1991. The park contains various movie-themed rides and attractions ranging from motion simulators to roller coasters and slow river rides.
