Bool Lagoon Game Reserve
Bool Lagoon is a game reserve in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia, about 20 km south of Naracoorte, near Wrattonbully. While Bool Lagoon is officially a game reserve, in dry years it attracts a lot of waterbirds of many species, and is frequently a point of contention between duck hunters and animal rights activists. The adjacent Hacks Lagoon Conservation Park also provides refuge for waterbirds.

The Naracoorte Lucindale Council is a local government area located inland from the Limestone Coast, adjacent to the Victorian border in south eastern South Australia. The council encompasses the previous governing bodies of the District Council of Naracoorte, the District Council of Lucindale and the Corporate Township of Naracoorte which amalgamated in 1993. The districts economy is agricultural based, with cereal crops, sheep and beef predominantly farmed.

Naracoorte Caves is a national park near Naracoorte in the Limestone Coast tourism region in the south-east of South Australia. It was officially recognised in 1994 for its extensive fossil record when the site was inscribed on the World Heritage List, along with Riversleigh. The park preserves 6 km² of remnant vegetation, with 26 caves contained within the 3.05 km² World Heritage Area.
