County of Moira

The County of Moira is one of the 37 counties of Victoria which are part of the cadastral divisions of Australia, used for land titles. It is located to the east of the Goulburn River, south of the Murray River, and west of part of the Ovens River. Part of Wangaratta is in the county, on the eastern end of it. It also includes Shepparton. The Shire of Moira is in a similar area.

Dookie, Victoria

Dookie is a town in the Goulburn Valley region of Victoria, Australia. It is situated in a valley between Mount Major and Mount Saddleback. Dookie is a farming community. At the 2006 census, Dookie had a population of 286. Dookie is five minutes by car from Dookie College, jointly managed by the Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE and University of Melbourne since 2005. Dookie has many sporting and community groups.

Yabba South

Yabba South is a locality in Victoria, Australia. The locality is in the southern part of the Shire of Moira. The former Katamatite Tramway ran through Yabba South. Yabba post office opened in 1902 and was closed on 15 March 1908.
