Coomberdale, Western Australia
Coomberdale is a small town located along the Midlands Road between Moora and Watheroo in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. The Midland Railway Company constructed a railway siding in 1895 when the Midland to Walkaway line was opened. The towns name comes from a well that was named by the explorer Andrew Forrest when he surveyed a property for Edmund King who settled there in 1866. A silicon producer, Simcoa, has a quartz mine that operate close to the town.

Moora, Western Australia
Moora is a townsite located 177 km north of Perth in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. Moora was one of the original stations on the Midland railway line to Walkaway, and the townsite was gazetted in 1895. At the 2006 census, Moora had a population of 1,822. In March 1999, the town suffered a major flood when ex-Tropical Cyclone Elaine caused the Moore River to break its banks with the evacuation of 1000 people.

Central Midlands Senior High School
Central Midlands Senior High School is a comprehensive public high school located in Ranfurly Street in Moora, a regional centre 172 kilometres north of Perth, Western Australia. The school was established in 1971 and by 2011 had an enrolment of 194 students between Year 8 and Year 12, approximately 20% of whom were Aboriginal. The school is part of an education precinct along with St James Residential College that provides 60 places for students to board while attending high school.
