Coral Bay, Western Australia
Coral Bay is a small town on the coast of Western Australia, 1,200 kilometres north of Perth. The main industries are tourism and fishing. The electricity for the town is provided by a wind-diesel hybrid system. The Ningaloo Reef is a popular diving and snorkelling site with a large variety of coral and fish life and is one of the best places to see whale sharks and manta rays. The migration of the humpback whales is also viewable from June to October.

Ningaloo Station
Ningaloo Station is a sheep station located in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia about 40 km North of Coral Bay. It is bordered to the north by Cape Range National Park. The station has an area of approximately 50,000 hectares and offer accommodation to travellers to the area in the form of camp-sites. Operating since at least 1919, the station produced at least 33 bales of wool in that year.
