Alatsee

Alatsee is a meromictic lake in Ostallgäu, Bavaria, Germany. At an elevation of 868.0 m, its surface area is 12.00 ha. This lake supposedly holds "Hitler's gold". Many divers have died or disappeared mysteriously in this lake due to the toxicity of the organisms living in this lake. These organisms create the "blood cloud " that occurs quite abundantly throughout the year.

Vils (Lech)

The river Vils is a 30 km long tributary of the Lech River in the Alps of Austria and Germany. The Vils has a drainage basin of approximately a 300 km², with an average annual precipitation of nearly 2000 mm. It originates in the Allgäu Alps in Tyrol from the supplies of the Vilsalpsee, and is its only discharge.

Tannheim Mountains

The Tannheim Mountains are a sub-group of the Allgäu Alps in the Bavarian-Tyrolean border region. Their name is derived from the village of Tannheim in the Tannheim Valley in the Austrian state of Tyrol. The highest elevations in the Tannheim Mountains are the Kellenspitze (2,238 m) and Gimpel (2,176 m), that may easily be ascended from Nesselwängle in the Tannheim valley.

Füssen station

Füssen Station is the station in the town of Füssen. It has two platform tracks and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 6 station. It is served by about 20 trains of Deutsche Bahn daily and used by approximately 2,700 passengers daily. The station is the terminus of the Biessenhofen–Füssen railway, also known as the König-Ludwig-Bahn. Apart from Füssen station, the town once had a station called Hopfensee.
