Vichte

Vichte is a village in the south of West Flanders, Flanders, Belgium. It has 4,345 inhabitants (2004). Small, densely-populated village with an important textile industry. Famous for its 12th century Roman church (now serving as a cultural centre) and its 16th century castle (privately owned). It is also the location of Brewery Verhaeghe, well known for its Flemish Red Ales.

Ralph Curtis

Second Lieutenant Ralph Luxmore Curtis (19 March 1898 – 21 September 1917) was a World War I British flying ace credited with fifteen aerial victories. He died from wounds sustained when he engaged in aerial combat with Hermann Göring, commander of Jasta 27. The aviator was interred twice in Belgian cemeteries, and was also commemorated on the Rainham War Memorial.

Regenboogstadion

Regenboogstadion is a multi-use stadium in Waregem, Belgium. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of S.V. Zulte-Waregem. The stadium holds 10,200. Regenboogstadion is Dutch for Rainbow Stadium. The stadium was named after the rainbow jersey worn by the cycling road world championship, since it was inaugurated to host the 1957 UCI Road World Championships.
