Sint-Andries

Sint-Andries is suburb of Bruges in the province of West Flanders in Belgium. The Jan Breydel Stadium, where the football teams Club Brugge and Cercle Brugge play, is situated in Sint-Andries. There are also a lot of small castles, built by the nobility in the late 19th century, mostly in woody\tenvironments. It contains Saint-André de Bruges Abbey, established in 1100.

De Werf

De Werf is a Belgian arts center based in Bruges. It organizes concerts and records CDs for jazz musicians. The first record it released was Sketches of Belgium by K. D. 's Basement Party, a band led by Kris Defoort. The next year, Octurn's first album went out on this label. In 1995, it released Variations On A Love Supreme (compositions by Kris Defoort and Fabrizio Cassol). In 2002, an 11-CD box was edited by De Werf under the name The Finest Of Belgian Jazz.

Jan Breydel Stadium

Jan Breydel Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Sint-Andries, Bruges, Belgium. The city-owned stadium is the home stadium of two top-flight association football clubs, Club Brugge and Cercle Brugge. It is used mainly for football matches, which cost between €5 and €60/seat/match. The stadium was built in 1975. It currently has 29,472 seats. It is named after Jan Breydel, an instigator of the Bruges Matins, the insurgency that led to the Battle of the Golden Spurs.

The English Theatre of Bruges

The English Theatre of Bruges was an English-language theatre in Bruges, Belgium. The theatre opened on 1 May 2007 in de Kuipersstraat with a production of "Caviar & Chips". The venue was an old cinema. After six months the theatre closed for a year and a half, to reopen in the summer of 2009 in a more intimate venue on the Walplein in Bruges. However, in October 2010 the theatre closed its doors again. The Artistic Director of the theatre was Clare Allen.
