Cuello

Cuello is a Maya archaeological site in northern Belize. The site is that of a farming village with a long occupational history stretching back to approximately between 2600 to 1200 BC, during the Middle Preclassic period. Its inhabitants lived in pole-and-thatch houses that were built on top of low plaster-coated platforms. The site contains residential groups clustered around central patios.

Orange Walk People's Stadium

Orange Walk People's Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Orange Walk, Belize. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium to Juventus in the Belize Premier Football League (BPFL) of the Football Federation of Belize as well as horse racing and tennis practices. In this stadium is where the Annual Cashew Fest is held. Before 2011, it also served as the home stadium to San Felipe Barcelona, also in BPFL. The stadium holds 4,500 people.

San Jose Palmar

San Jose Palmar is a village in the Orange Walk District of the nation of Belize. The official name of the village is San Jose "Nuevo" Palmar. The village has a unique and colorful history that dates back to the colonial era. The village was first settled on October 12, 1936 after the settlers were being relocated from their original village San Jose in the Yalbac Hills of Belize. The village was settled by some 200 inhabitants who came originally from San Jose Viejo.

Orange Walk Town

Orange Walk Town is the fourth largest town in the nation of Belize, with a population of about 13,400 (Official Release of the Main Findings of the 2010 Population and Housing Census). It is the capital of the Orange Walk District. Orange Walk Town is located on the left bank of the New River, 53 miles north of Belize City and 30 miles (50 km) south of Corozal Town.

Pulltrouser Swamp (Maya site)

Pulltrouser Swamp is a wetland area located in northern Belize, between the New River (Belize) and Hondo River (Belize). This area contains numerous archaeological sites belonging to the Maya civilization, the most studied features of which are the raised field structures. Three of these sites, called Raised-Field Site I, Raised-Field Site 2, and Raised-Field site 3, were excavated by archaeologists B.L. Turner and Peter D. Harrison.
