The ePodunk article on the village states it did amalgamate with Brokenhead in 2003 and that the population is 350. City-Data, however, placed it at 324. Cooks Creek, Manitoba

Cooks Creek is a community in the Rural Municipality of Springfield. A Post Office was established there in 1873 on 13-12-5E and later moved. The community is home to the Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church which is an intricately designed structure featuring nine cupolas and built almost entirely with volunteer labour.

St. Clements is a rural municipality in Manitoba, Canada. It is located to the north-east of Winnipeg, stretching from East St. Paul and Birds Hill Provincial Park in the south to Lake Winnipeg and Grand Beach Provincial Park to the north. The Red River demarcates the western boundary of the municipality. St. Clements contains the communities of East Selkirk, and Lockport east of the Red River.

East Selkirk, Manitoba

East Selkirk is a community in the Rural Municipality of St. Clements in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It is directly across the Red River from Selkirk, Manitoba. Selkirk is connected to Winnipeg via Highway 9 about 20 kilometres away. East Selkirk is connected to Selkirk by bridge. The village was incorporated in 1884 and its first reeve was Francis Hay. East Selkirk saw a huge immigration boom in the latter part of the 19th century and the early part of the 20th century.
