Stittsville Ward
Stittsville (Ward 6) is a city ward in Ottawa, Canada. It consists of the community of Stittsville in suburban Ottawa. Prior to the 2006 election, the Ward was known as Goulbourn Ward which consisted of the former Goulbourn Township (including Stittsville and Richmond). The ward as altered in 2006, by losing all of the rural parts of Goulbourn and gaining a tiny bit of the former city of Kanata around Scotiabank Place. The ward was created when Goulbourn was amalgamted into Ottawa in 2000.

Stittsville Transitway Station is a bus-stop on Ottawa, Ontario's transitway served by OC Transpo buses. It is located in the western transitway section in Stittsville, Ontario, in the centre of the community. It is the western terminus of some route 96 trips. A park and ride facility also located in Stittsville but it is not served by the 96 (only express route 262 runs by the facility near Carp Road and Highway 417).

Goulbourn Middle School
What is now called Goulbourn Middle School started on September 3, 1986. Prior to this date, the school was known as Goulbourn Township Public School. The former school served Kindergarten to grade-eight students from the immediate area and the grade-six students from Munster and Richmond Public Schools. The former school was also designated the Late French Immersion (L.F.I. ) Centre for all grade seven and eight students, including those interested in the Program from A.

Scotiabank Place
Scotiabank Place is a multi-purpose arena, located in Kanata, a suburban district of Ottawa, Ontario. It is home to the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League. It has also hosted the Canadian University Men's Basketball Championship. Opened as The Palladium in January 1996, it was known as the Corel Centre from February 1996 until February 2006. The arena hosts ice hockey, basketball, music concerts, skating, and other entertainment events.
