Montmagny railway station

Montmagny railway station is located on Rue de la Station in the town of Montmagny, Quebec, Canada. The station is a flag stop. Montmagny is served by Via Rail's Ocean, and Montreal – Gaspé train. Both trains share the same rail line between Montreal and Matapédia. The station building features a first storey of brick with arched windows and a second storey of wooden framed construction and a gambrel roof.

The Battle of Saint-Pierre was a military confrontation on March 25, 1776, near the Quebec village of Saint-Pierre, south of Quebec City. This confrontation, which occurred during the Continental Army's siege of Quebec following its defeat at the Battle of Quebec, was between forces that were both largely composed of Canadien militia, including individuals on both sides of the conflict that had been recruited in the same communities.

Sault-au-Cochon, Quebec

Sault-au-Cochon is an unorganized territory in the Capitale-Nationale region of Quebec, Canada, in the La Côte-de-Beaupré Regional County Municipality. It is an unpopulated and undeveloped stretch of shoreline along the Saint Lawrence River that encompasses the promontory from Cape Tourmente to Petite-Rivière-Saint-François. The Charlevoix Railway passes through the territory right along the Saint Lawrence River.
