Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County is a county of Hunan, China. It is under the administration of Huaihua city. On 21 August 1945 Japan officially surrendered to China near the airfield in Zhijiang. The japanese vice general secretary signed the surrounding treaty,which was marked the end of the japanese invasion. For this reason,Zhijiang has become a famous county in China.
