Longgang District, Huludao

Longgang District is a district of Huludao, Liaoning, People's Republic of China. It is by far the smallest division of Huludao City with an area of just 138 square kilometres, and along with Lianshan District is one of the two districts within which Huludao city itself is situated. Dawa County

Dawa County is a county in central Liaoning province of Northeast China. It is under the administration of Panjin City, which lies just 13 kilometres to the north. The county has a land area of 1,683 square kilometres and a population of 390,000. The postal code is 124200. The county seat is located in Zhanqian Community in Dawa Town.

Liao River

The Liao River is the principal river in northeast China (1,345 km). The province of Liaoning and the Liaodong Peninsula derive their names from the river. The river is also popularly known as 'mother river'. The western branch of the Liao Xiliao River is formed by the confluence of the Xar Moron River flowing from the east and the Laoha River flowing from the south, at approximately 43° 25' N, 120° 45' E.

Battle of Yingkou

The Battle of Yinkou was a land battle of the First Sino-Japanese War between the forces of Meiji Japan and Qing China, fought outside the treaty port town of Yingkou, Manchuria. It is sometimes referred to as the Battle of Niuzhuang or Newchwang.
