Nanhui District

Nanhui District, formerly Nanhui County, was a district of Shanghai until it was merged into Pudong New Area in May 2009. It had a land area of about 809.5 km² and a 59.5-kilometer coastline. The population of Nanhui was 975,017 as of August 2006. On May 6, 2009, it was announced that the State Council of China had approved the proposal to merge Nanhui District into Pudong.

Haitiansan Road Station

Haitiansan Road Station is a station on Line 2 of the Shanghai Metro. It came into operation on April 8, 2010. This station is part of the eastern extension of Line 2, which is completed in 2010. The station is located in Shanghai's Pudong New Area.

Shanghai Disney Resort

The Shanghai Disney Resort is an upcoming theme park resort to be built by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. This would be the second Disneyland in China with the other one being the Hong Kong Disneyland. The resort is scheduled to open in December 2015. Phase 1 of the resort's development will feature a Magic Kingdom-style park, Shanghai Disneyland Park, an entertainment district, two themed hotels, recreational facilities, a lake and associated parking and transportation hubs.
