Mount Beiwudang

Mount Beiwudang, also known as Mount Beiwutang, is a Taoist holy mountain and temple complex in the Lüliang region of Shanxi, Peoples Republic of China. Because of the similarity in name and the fact that it is also a Taoist holy mountain it is often mistaken for Wudang Mountains. Beiwudang is part of the Lüliang mountain range.

Lüliangshan Tunnel

Lüliangshan Tunnel is built to allow the Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan Railway to cross the Lüliang Mountains located between Wucheng (a town of Lüliang City) and Fenyang in Shanxi province. It is dual bores, double track rail tunnel. The left track is 20,800 metres long and the right one is 20,787 metres long. The tunnel construction was started on March, 2006, and broken through on October, 2009. It was opened to traffic on January, 2011.
