Lumbarda

Lumbarda is a small village and a municipality located on the Eastern Cape of the Island of Korčula in Croatia, 7 kilometers away from the town of Korcula. A road passing through a picturesque area of pine woods and olive groves connects these two places. Lumbarda is surrounded by sandy vineyards (famous white wine "Grk" produced from the native grape of the same name) and sandy beaches such as Vela Pržina, Bilin Žal and Tatinja.

Badija

Badija is the largest island in archipelago Škoji, near Korčula island in Croatia. The island is currently unpopulated. Franciscans from Bosnia came into possession of the island in 1398. They held it until 1949, when it was expropriated by the communist authorities.

Korčula

Korčula is an island in the Adriatic Sea, in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County of Croatia. The island has an area of 279 km; 46.8 km long and on average 7.8 km wide — and lies just off the Dalmatian coast. Its 16,182 (2001) inhabitants make it the second most populous Adriatic island after Krk. The population are mainly ethnic Croats (96.77%).

Kućište, Croatia

Kućište (also written "Kučište") is a small village on the southern coast of the Pelješac peninsula in Dubrovnik-Neretva county (Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija), Croatia. It has a population of 204. The inhabitants have a long seafaring tradition, the income from which allowed them to build, for the time, the large, affluent, stone mansions characteristic of the area.

Postup

Postup is wine growing region on Croatia's Pelješac peninsula just to the east of Orebić. It takes its name from the small village that sits at the center of it. The main grape harvested in Postup is Plavac Mali and, like the grapes from the region of nearby Dingač, the grapes grown here are held in high regard. Postup was the second Croatian wine region, after Dingač, to be registered for state protection in 1967.
