Babahoyo

Babahoyo, founded September 30, 1948, by legislative decree, is the capital of the Los Ríos province of Ecuador. Its population is cited around 158,000. It is bordered by two rivers, the San Pablo and the Caracol, which join to form the Babahoyo River. This meets the Daule River to form the Guayas River, which runs to the Pacific Ocean at the Gulf of Guayaquil.

Milagro, Ecuador

Milagro (Spanish for miracle) is a city located in Guayas, Ecuador. It is the seat of Milagro Canton. Milagro is the second largest city in the province of Guayas. As of the census of 2007, there were 180,103 people residing within the canton limits. Milagro is known for its impressive progress in agriculture, industry and commerce. Sugar cane and pineapples are the most important crop.
