Misraq Gojjam Zone

Misraq Gojjam (or "East Gojjam") is a Zone in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. Misraq Gojjam is named after the former province of Gojjam. Misraq Gojjam is bordered on the south by the Oromia Region, on the west by Mirab Gojjam, on the north by Debub Gondar, and on the east by Debub Wollo; the bend of the Abay River defines the Zone's northern, eastern and southern boundaries. Its highest point is Mount Choqa (also known as Mount Birhan).

Dejen (woreda)

Dejen is one of the woredas in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. This woreda is named after the traditional district it lies in, Dejen, which is best known as where Admas Mogasa, the widow of Emperor Menas, raised the future Emperor Susenyos and instructed him in "the doctrine of the holy books.

Dejen

Dejen (also transliterated Dajen) is a town in west-central Ethiopia. Located in the Misraq Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Region on the edge of the canyon of the Abay, it has a latitude and longitude of {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:10|10|N|38|8|E||| | |name= }} and an elevation between 2421 and 2490 meters above sea level. It is the administrative center of Dejen woreda. Between 1954 and 1967, the town acquired telephone service.

Yejube

Yejube (also transliterated Ejube) is a town in west-central Ethiopia. Yetmen

Yetmen is a town in west-central Ethiopia. Located in the Misraq Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Region on the hillside overlooking the Abay River, it has a latitude and longitude of {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:10|20|N|38|8|E||| | |name= }} and an elevation of 2396 meters above sea level. It is one of two towns in Enemay woreda. In 1996 the people in Yetmen got access to clean drinking water.
