Shewa Robit (also known as Shah Robit, Shoa Robit or Robit) is a town in north-central Ethiopia. Located in the Semien Shewa Zone of the Amhara Region, this town has a longitude and latitude of {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:10|06|N|39|59|E||| |primary |name= }} with an elevation of 1280 meters above sea level. Middle Awash

The Middle Awash is an archaeological site along the Awash River in Ethiopia's Afar Depression. A number of Pleistocene and late Miocene hominid remains have been found at the site, along with some of the oldest known Olduwan stone artifacts and patches of fire-baked clay, disputed evidence of the use of fire. Chimpanzee and human lineages are thought to have split around this time, somewhere between 5 million and 7 million years ago.

Simurobi Gele'alo

Simurobi Gele'alo is one of the woredas in the Afar Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Administrative Zone 5, Simurobi Gele'alo is located near the base of the eastern escarpment of the Ethiopian highlands, and bordered on the west by the Amhara Region, on the north by Hadele Ele, and on the east and south by the Administrative Zone 3; the Awash River defines a part of the southern end of the eastern boundary of this woreda with Administrative Zone 3. The major settlement in this woreda is Kumame.
