Adet

Adet (also known as Addiet Canna) is a town in northwestern Ethiopia. Located south of Bahir Dar in the Mirab Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Region (or kilil), this town has a latitude and longitude of {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:11|16|N|37|29|E||| |primary |name= }} with an altitude of 2216 meters above sea level. It is the largest settlement in Yilmana Densa woreda. Records at the Nordic Africa Institute website provide details of the primary school in Adet in 1968.

Blue Nile Falls

The Blue Nile Falls is a waterfall on the Blue Nile river in Ethiopia. It is known as Tis Abay in Amharic, meaning "smoking water". It is situated on the upper course of the river, about 30 km downstream from the town of Bahir Dar and Lake Tana. The falls are considered one of Ethiopia's best known tourist attractions.

Bahir Dar University

Bahir Dar University is a university in the city of Bahir Dar, the capital of the Amhara National Regional State in Ethiopia. The University is a combination of two smaller institutes formed earlier, after the departments were gradually raised to a degree level starting from 1996.

Bahir Dar

Bahir Dar or Bahar Dar is a city in north-western Ethiopia. It is the capital of the Amhara Region. Administratively, Bahir Dar is a Special Zone, a designation in between a chartered city (astedader akabibi, a first-tier division, like a kilil) such as Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa, and cities like Debre Marqos and Dessie, which are organized as districts (woredas).

Hulet Ej Enese

Hulet Ej Enese is one of the woredas in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Misraq Gojjam Zone, it is bordered on the south by Debay Telatgen, on the west by Bibugn and Goncha, on the northwest by the Mirab Gojjam Zone, on the north by the Abay River (which separates it from the Debub Gondar Zone), on the east by Goncha Siso Enese, and on the southeast by Enarj Enawga. Among the towns in this administrative division are Keraniyo, Mota and Sede.
