Fades viaduct

The Fades Viaduct (French: Viaduc des Fades) is a railway viaduct in the Puy-de-Dôme department, central France. At the time of its inauguration on 10 October 1909, it was the tallest bridge in the world, across all categories. As of 2010 it still is the tenth tallest railway viaduct in the world.

Bouble

The Bouble is a 65.4 km long river in the Allier and Puy-de-Dôme départements, south central France. Its source is at Gouttières. It flows generally northeast. It is a left tributary of the Sioule into which it flows between Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule and Bayet.

Château Rocher

Château Rocher (or Château fort de Blot-le-Rocher) is a French castle overlooking the Sioule river valley. It is located in the commune of Saint-Rémy-de-Blot in the Puy-de-Dôme département of the Auvergne région. The "romantic ruins of Château Rocher", standing on a cliff above the river, are the remains of a 13th century construction, with evidence of earlier (11th century) building. The castle was built by the Lords of Bourbon.
