Arboretum de Pézanin

The Arboretum de Pézanin (27 hectares) is an arboretum located in Dompierre-les-Ormes, Saône-et-Loire, Bourgogne, France. The arboretum was established in 1903 by Joseph-Marie-Philippe Lévêque de Vilmorin (1872-1917), owner of Château d'Audour. Between 1903 and 1923, over 1100 species were planted, but it then fell into a period of abandonment until it was acquired by the state in 1935. It is now managed by the Office national des Forêts.

Cluny Abbey

Cluny Abbey is a Benedictine monastery in Cluny, Saône-et-Loire, France. It was built in the Romanesque style, with three churches built in succession from the 10th to the early 12th centuries.
