Saint-Laurent-des-Eaux

Saint-Laurent-des-Eaux is a former commune of the Loir-et-Cher department of France. In 1972, it was merged with Nouan-sur-Loire to form the new commune of Saint-Laurent-Nouan. Saint-Laurent-des-Eaux is the site of a nuclear power plant. It consists of: Two UNGG reactors, now closed. These entered service in 1969 and 1971, and closed in 1990 and 1992.
