Lac de Malsaucy

Lac de Malsaucy is a lake in the Territoire de Belfort, Franche-Comté, France. The lake with a surface of is 0.64 km² shared by three communes: Evette-Salbert, Lachapelle-sous-Chaux and Sermamagny. The rock festival Eurockéennes is held each July on a peninsula on the lake.

Fort du Salbert

Fort du Salbert, also known as Fort Lefebvre, was built between 1874 and 1877. It was named after General François Joseph Lefebvre. It forms part of the Séré de Rivières system fortifications in the fortified region of Belfort in northeastern France. It is located at the summit of Salbert hill to the northwest of Belfort. During the early years of the Cold War it briefly served as an air defense coordination center.

Lake Überlingen

Lake Überlingen Lake is the northwestern "finger" of the Obersee part of Lake Constance. The boundary of lake is defined as the ferry link from Meersburg to Constance. It extends North to Bodman-Ludwigshafen. In contrast to the main south-eastern part of the Upper Lake, which is a condominium, Lake Überlingen is considered German territory. The total area of Lake Obersee is about 473 km²; with its 61 km², Lake Überlingen is about as large as the Untersee part of the lake.

Belfort Cathedral

Belfort Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Christophe de Belfort) is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Belfort, and has been a national monument of France since 1930. The building that is now the cathedral was built as a church between 1727 and 1750 by the businessman Henri Schuller (or Shuler) (whose son was later a canon here) to plans by Jacques Philippe Mareschal, king's engineer at Strasbourg. It was built of red sandstone excavated from the quarry at Offremont, three kilometres from Belfort.
