Vallière (river)
The Vallière is a 50.8 km long river in the Jura and Saône-et-Loire départements, eastern France. Its source is in the steephead valley of Revigny, in the Jura Mountains. It flows generally west. It is a right tributary of the Solnan into which it flows between Bruailles and Louhans.

Baume Abbey
Baume Abbey, in its village of Baume-les-Messieurs, Jura, France, was founded as a Benedictine abbey not far from the still-travelled Roman road linking Besançon and Lyon.
