Limoges Cathedral

Limoges Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Étienne de Limoges) is a Roman Catholic cathedral, and a national monument of France, situated in Limoges. It is the seat of the Bishop of Limoges. The construction of the Gothic cathedral began in 1273 and finished only in 1888 when the nave was connected to the belltower. It is noted for its Renaissance rood loft built in 1534 and for the fine, partly octagonal, bell tower.

Jardin botanique de l'Evêché

The Jardin botanique de l'Evêché (Botanical Garden of the Bishopric, 2 hectares), also known as the Jardin botanique de Limoges, is a botanical garden located behind the Cathedral and Musée de l'Evêché in Limoges, Haute-Vienne, Limousin, France. It is open daily without charge. The garden was first established in the 18th century, with today's botanical garden created 1956-1961 and renovated in 1976.

Château de Lastours

The Château de Lastours is a ruined castle in the commune of Rilhac-Lastours in the Haute-Vienne département of France. Construction began in the 12th century. Today in ruins, it was the former seat of the seigneurs and later barons of Lastours. It still has several corner towers and the base of the keep, altered in the 16th century. A voluntary association, over several decades, restored the castle, one of the high points of Limousin history.
