Mortagne (river)

The Mortagne is a 74.6 km long river in the Vosges and Meurthe-et-Moselle départements, northeastern France. Its source is at Saint-Léonard, 5 km west of the village, in the Vosges Mountains. It flows generally northwest. It is a left tributary of the Meurthe into which it flows at Mont-sur-Meurthe, 5 km southwest of Lunéville.

Arboretum du col du Haut-Jacques

The Arboretum du col du Haut-Jacques is an arboretum located in the Col du Haut-Jacques northeast of Bruyères, Vosges, Lorraine, France. It is open daily without charge. The arboretum was created in 1962 by the Office National des Forêts (ONF) to collect and conserve indigenous and introduced species representative of the Vosges Mountains. It contains both conifers and deciduous trees, and now also displays herbaceous plants of the region.
