Vienne Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Maurice de Vienne) is a Roman Catholic cathedral, dedicated to Saint Maurice, and a national monument of France, in the city of Vienne, Isère. It was formerly the seat of the Bishops, later Archbishops, of Vienne, abolished under the Concordat of 1801.

La Pyramide

La Pyramide was a Michelin Guide 3-star restaurant located in Vienne, Isère, France. It was widely believed to be the best restaurant in France while its owner Fernand Point (1897–1955) was alive. Point was born in Louhans. A larger-than-life man in every way, he was his generation's master of la grande cuisine, simplifying the work of Escoffier. Point's protégés became masters of the Nouvelle cuisine of the 1960s and 1970s.

Sud Aviation Caravelle

The Sud Aviation SE 210 Caravelle was the first short/medium-range jet airliner produced by the French Sud Aviation firm starting in 1955 (when it was still known as SNCASE). The Caravelle was one of the most successful European first generation jetliners, selling throughout Europe and even penetrating the United States market, with an order for 20 from United Airlines. The Caravelle established the aft-mounted-engine, clean-wing design that has since been used on a wide variety of aircraft.
